Dispelling fears and misconceptions

This will be a talk/open forum. It will focus on dispelling fears and clearing up misconceptions about the psychic, spiritual and magical world - including Angels, Fairies and Demons. This will be the chance for you ask  questions about the week ahead.

Psychic protection & energy management

This is vital if you intend to work within the psychic realm, on any level. Karina will be giving you expert knowledge and practical exercises of how best to do this. Includes teaching you how to manage your gift so it does not drain you and leave you open to 'Psychic attacks',covering the responsibilities and side effects of working psychically and with spirit.

Accessing and trusting your psychic ability

In this workshop you will learn how to open your psychic third eye, how to differentiate between a psychic link and the imagination and how to quickly switch your gift on and off.

Clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience

This delightful workshop will give you a deeper understanding of what each of these mean, cutting out the psycho babble. You will learn how to work with the three clairs and how to switch between them. You may find one of the clairs is stronger at first but this is always changing as your gift and spiritual awareness grows. 

Introducing Psychic techniques

Meeting and working with your guides.

Guides are a big part of working psychically and they are with you for every step of your spiritual journey.

Guides can be considered similar to teachers, you do not have the same one at preschool as you would at high school, this is the same as with your guides. Different guides will come in and out of your life when they are needed i.e; healing guides, mediumship guides etc. 

This workshop will include a beautiful mediation enabling you to meet your guide(s) and guidance of how to build and develop a relationship with them.

Meditation, creative visualization and trance techniques

Karina is increasingly well known for her tailor made 'pathways of the mind' for you to walk down to achieve self discovery. Who are your guides / angels; what are your unused talents; what (or who) is blocking you. These sessions are wonderful to relax and de-stress, and are of great benefit to all.

How to see and feel auras

The aura is a electromagnetic field, now recognized by science as existing around all living objects.

Colours and intensity of the aura, especially around and above the head, have VERY special meanings. Watching someone's aura you can actually see the other person's thoughts before you hear them expressed verbally. It shows our true nature and intentions for everyone to see.

Also, the aura is our spiritual signature. When you see a person with a bright, clean aura, you can be SURE that such person is good and spiritually advanced, even if he/she is modest and not aware of it. The pendulum is a great tool to aid your psychic and spiritual development, as well as all on-going psychic work.

You will learn how to work with the pendulum in a number of different and exciting ways.

The pendulum is great for quick yes or no questions.

Earth energies and ley lines

Ibiza has loads of energy because it has so many ancient ley lines running beneath it. That's why it's a great place for yoga and spiritual work too. Karina will be hosting a unique workshop, on location, explaining what ley lines are and how they effect us. You will be going in search of  ley lines and feeling there effects first hand.This workshop will include  an excursion to a earth energy site

How to use spells, candle magic and moon phases to manifest your true desires

Karina will share her extensive knowledge of what candles to burn to help achieve your 'cosmic order' or 'wish' - an increasingly popular way to self empowerment, to focus will and make it happen!

She will also cover which incense and oils to use to enhance candle burning, aid 'space clearing', attract love, help meditation , relaxation etc. etc…! As well as sharing her knowledge of moon phases and spells, within these mystical workshops. Did you know rose oil can aid love wishes?

Astrology love & life matches

This will be an exciting  workshop, giving you the knowledge of how to use star signs to your advantage. knowing your individual star sign and that of others in your life always gives an extra dimension to your reading and helps in your own life too.

We will explore the love matches of each star sign, learning how to understand the individuals involved and how best to work with their signs strengths and weaknesses.

Energy space clearing & re-alignment (westernized feng shui)

The British version of Feng Shui which combines the use of energy flow and how it affects us in our homes / work places - how to utilize it to the greatest effect. How to recognize  geopathic stress. This includes cleansing where negativity has built up, which may affect sleep, luck, the ability to sell a property and love to name a few instances.
